Registration and Preparation

Pre-Requirements

  • Download and install the specified browser Meazure Learning Guardian to take the test.
  • Ensure your testing environment is clear of any objects. Only your computer should be on your desk.
  • No headphones are allowed. Please disconnect and put them away.
  • If your camera is built into your computer, you will be asked to turn your camera for a 360 degree look at your surroundings as well as your desk and          the space under it to make sure there is nothing you can use as an aid for the test.
  • You will be using your cellphone at the beginning and then asked to store it out of reach.
  • Have your ID available as you will need to show it.
  • There should be no distractions, people, noise, animals at the time of the test.

ProctorU

  • Once you have submitted your form, you will be redirected to a ProctorU page to sign up for your test. See below for an example:

  • If you have an existing ProctorU account, choose the option to sign in and accept the invitation under the Universal Language Service Institution.
  • If you are new to ProctorU, choose the option to sign up for a new account and accept the invite under the Universal Language Service Institution

ProctorU

  • When trying to find a testing session on ProctorU, make sure the institution you decide to search under is “Universal Language Service“.
  • Be sure to choose the “Current Term – Live+” option when selecting a term.
  • When selecting the right test, be sure to choose the Medical Terminology Test and schedule the test. See below for an example:

  • When the prompt to start the test opens, click it and it will ask you to open the new browser, just choose YES and Good Luck!
