Scheduling Platform


Universal Language Service is pleased to present the customer Scheduling Platform. Based on advanced technology and infrastructure, our platform is designed to efficiently manage and track interpreter requests. We offer innovative features, as well as a robust and secure system to provide personalized service, faster response times, and reliable support.


We invite you to explore our user-friendly Scheduling Platform – request login information and glance through the “How To” instructions. You may also review and update your account profile(s). Feel free to contact our Customer Accounts support team if you have any questions.



Request New Customer Login


Explore Features in our How To’s:



  • Click on the link to our Login screen
  • Enter your User Name (email address)
  • Enter your Password
  • Click Login to Salesforce

Request an Interpreter

  • Click the Accounts tab
  • Select My Accounts view and click Go!
  • Locate and open the exact location/department if applicable
  • Click Create New Job
  • Complete the New Job form
  • Click Save
  • A Job Number is automatically generated for your record

View and/or Update an Existing Job

  • Click the Jobs tab
  • Select the “My Upcoming Jobs” view
  • You may sort the jobs in any order, by clicking on the column heading.
  • Review the columns at a glance for a quick status
  • To view the job details, click the job number
  • To make any changes, click Edit
  • Make any necessary changes
  • Click Save

Cancel a Job

  • Locate and open the existing job
  • Double click Job Cancelled checkbox (in the Job Information section)
  • A window will pop-up, checkmark Job Cancelled
  • Select Reason For Cancellation
  • Click Ok
  • Double-click the Cancelled By field and enter your name
  • Double-click the Cancellation Date/Time field and click Today
  • Click Save

View My Upcoming Cancelled Jobs

  • Click the Jobs tab
  • Select the “My Upcoming Cancelled Jobs” View
  • You may sort the jobs in any order, by clicking on the column heading.

    * Reason for Cancellation is noted in the job

Use the Search Bar

  • You may search jobs by entering any information:
    • Job #
    • Reference Number
    • Client / Patient Name
    • etc.
  • Using operators like “AND” & “OR” can help you find the job(s) you need

Confirmation of Scheduled Interpreter

  • You may receive your confirmation via:
    • Email (preferred)
    • Fax
    • Phone
    • Online
  • Sample Email Confirmation

Subject: J-XXXXX: Interpreter Assigned


Dear DEMO Customer,


This is a confirmation that an interpreter has been assigned to:




CUSTOMER:   ABC facility – XYZ branch

Language: Spanish
Interpreter: Jane Doe, Female


Electronically Check-in and Check-out the Interpreter

  • Locate and open the existing job
  • Enter Actual Start (Arrival) Time
  • Enter Actual End (Departure) Time
  • Click Save

View a Past Job

  • Click the Jobs tab
  • Select the “My Past Jobs” View
  • You may sort the jobs in any order, by clicking on the column heading.

Report Feedback (Interpreter Performance)

  • Locate and open the existing scheduled job
  • Scroll down to the Feedback On Interpreter For This Job section
  • Click New Feedback
  • Fill out the Feedback Form
  • Click Save

Update my Profile

  • Click Contacts tab
  • Click on your name to open your profile
  • Click Edit
  • Make changes
  • Click Save
