Welcome to DSHS Contract 2534-60325 CBA
Universal Language Service, Inc. (UniversalLanguage) is proud to partner with DSHS to provide Language Access Providers (LAPs/Interpreters) for DSHS and its administrations.
Our services for this contract include spoken language pre-scheduled interpretation in the following modalities:
· In-Person Interpreting (IPI)
· Over-the-Phone Interpreting (OPI)
· Video Remote Interpreting (VRI)
Authorized Requesters include DSHS staff from all administrations. Pre-scheduled LAP/Interpreter requests for all modalities are requested via UniversalLanguage’s web-based scheduling portal.
Accessing Scheduling Portal
New DSHS staff needing access to the scheduling portal to schedule, review and cancel appointments, and check LAPs in/out for appointments, can request access from their supervisor.
You must also notify DSHS Contract Manager at DSHS RE OOS Universal Language Service to register with the domain. If you do not email Contract Manager you will not gain access.
New or returning user profiles are typically set up within 1-2 business days. If it is beyond the 2 full days, contact us for assistance with registration, please contact our Account Management Department at accounts@ulsonline.net or (425) 450-7020.
