We offer innovative features, as well as a robust and secure system to provide personalized service, faster response times, and reliable support.

We invite you to explore our user-friendly Scheduling Platform – request login information and glance through the “How To” instructions. You may also review and update your account profile(s). Feel free to contact our Customer Accounts support team if you have any questions

Explore Features in our How To’s:

  1. Click on the link to our Login screen
  2. Enter your User Name (email address)
  3. Enter your Password
  4. Click Login to Salesforce
  1. Click the Accounts tab
  2. Select My Accounts view and click Go!
  3. Locate and open the exact location/department if applicable
  4. Click Create New Job
  5. Complete the New Job form
  6. Click Save
  7. A Job Number is automatically generated for your record
  1. Click the Jobs tab
  2. Select the “My Upcoming Jobs” view
  3. You may sort the jobs in any order, by clicking on the column heading.
  4. Review the columns at a glance for a quick status
  5. To view the job details, click the job number
  6. To make any changes, click Edit
  7. Make any necessary changes
  8. Click Save
  1. Locate and open the existing job
  2. Double click Job Cancelled checkbox (in the Job Information section)
  3. A window will pop-up, checkmark Job Cancelled
  4. Select Reason For Cancellation
  5. Click Ok
  6. Double-click the Cancelled By field and enter your name
  7. Double-click the Cancellation Date/Time field and click Today
  8. Click Save
  1. Click the Jobs tab
  2. Select the “My Upcoming Cancelled Jobs” View
  3. You may sort the jobs in any order, by clicking on the column heading.
  1. You may search jobs by entering any information:
    • Job #
    • Reference Number
    • Client / Patient Name
    • etc.
  2. Using operators like “AND” & “OR” can help you find the job(s) you need
  1. You may receive your confirmation via:
    • Email (preferred)
    • Fax
    • Phone
    • Online

  1. Locate and open the existing job
  2. Enter Actual Start (Arrival) Time
  3. Enter Actual End (Departure) Time
  4. Click Save
  1. Click the Jobs tab
  2. Select the “My Past Jobs” View
  3. You may sort the jobs in any order, by clicking on the column heading.
  1. Locate and open the existing scheduled job
  2. Scroll down to the Feedback On Interpreter For This Job section
  3. Click New Feedback
  4. Fill out the Feedback Form
  5. Click Save
  1. Click Contacts tab
  2. Click on your name to open your profile
  3. Click Edit
  4. Make changes
  5. Click Save
